Role Overview
The Sales & Accommodation Support plays a key role within Caminhos.
You will be responsible for sales and communication with prospective students, following up on leads through RD Station, and helping to manage and improve the accommodation program together with another coordinator.
Additionally, youll assist in streamlining and improving our internal processes to ensure that everything from the first contact to the students arrival in Rio runs smoothly and professionally.
Main Responsibilities
1. Sales & Communication
Actively follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
Communicate with potential students via email, WhatsApp, and RD Station
Answer questions about courses, prices, visas, and accommodation
Contribute to improving our sales process and communication flow
Collaborate with the marketing team and management to coordinate and enhance the overall sales strategy and workflow
2. Accommodation & Program Coordination
Manage the accommodation program together with another coordinator
Maintain communication with host families, apartments, and students
Recruit, select, and support new hosts
Match students with suitable accommodation options
Resolve any issues or questions during a students stay quickly and professionally
Keep track of arrivals, departures, and accommodation availability
3. Process Improvement & Growth
At the start, the focus will be on hands-on work and gaining experience in both areas.
During the first year, we believe its essential to execute and learn the details.

Profile
Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
Communicative, customer-oriented, and proactive
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Interested in improving processes and putting ideas into practice
Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently
Experience with RD Station or another CRM system is a plus
